Continental Engines preparing delivery of 3 Baldor Light Towers
A recent order from Continental Enginesfor a large construction project included these 3 6000 Watt Baldor Light Towers. It’s always exciting to see these leaving the shipping dock in Greenville, SC. At their destination the light towers will each provide 4000 Watts of light and 2000 Watts of power for other equipment on the construction site. Power to the light tower generator is provided by a Kubota diesel engine.

This Subaru Industrial EH72 Engine Gear Reduction Clutch was built by Continental Engines. This custom engineered / built project from Continental Engines reduces the output shaft RPM. The clutch enables the operator to disengage the engine from what it is driving without stopping the engine. It also enables you to start the engine without a load on it.
No engine manufacturer currently offers an engine with a clutch on it or an engine with a combination clutch and reduction unit - this is a great solution!
This this can be used as a gear reduction clutch for use with pumps, compressors, dryers, mixers, conveyers or any application that needs to operate at a slower speed than the engine.

This Continental Engines engineered project features a Hatz Generator with a Hatz Diesel 4L41C Engine. The truck mounted generator provides power for hydraulic platforms for bridge work. The diamond plate patterned enclosure is custom made/ designed by Continental Engines and protects the truck mounted generator from the elements and debris while transporting or in use.

This a Yanmar 4TNV88 Diesel Engine Powered Loading Conveyor used to load solids to be transported by Boats, Rail Cars. The Yanmar engine hydraulic power pack was also built to be used as an engine to power Auto Ramps.
The loading conveyor’s power pack is constructed as an open unit with an an Aluminum Canopy to protect the engine from debris from the conveyor belt.
The Yanmar 4TNV88 power pak unit is set to run at 2150 to 2200 RPM’s full load, during regular operation.

Fan Banks for Chicken Cooler - driven by Custom GenSet designed and built by Continental Engines
This custom generator set built by Continental Engines is used to power water vapor cooling fans used for cooling chickens while being loaded and unloaded off of trucks. Hatz Diesel Engine 2L41C and Hatz Diesel 3L41C are used in this application.
